Why does my order use different packaging or ship from different warehouses?

If you have an order for multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which warehouse is the fastest available. Shipping from the warehouse will be the privilege of the company, we will ship the products from the warehouse where the products are available, and can reach you in the fastest time. Or, if an item is popular and there are some delays in delivery, we may ship your item in different packages at different times to prevent delays in your order and deliver it to you as soon as possible!


When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped directly from any of our numerous domestic and international warehouses, and they will do their best to provide you with orders as soon as possible! Due to the popularity of our offer, the order may take 1-5 days to ship, and your order is expected to take 7 to 30 working days to arrive (varies by product). What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All our orders are sent in an insured shipping and handling method. If the order is stuck in customs, returned or even lost during shipping, we apologize! The postal service is not under our control. However, in this case, since the package is insured, if possible, we will send you a new package for faster shipping and full tracking. However, if the shipping details are not filled in correctly, we will not be able to refund your payment. In this case, due to the customer’s error, the logistics partner could not determine any products and reroute. Can I cancel the order after payment?


No order is eligible for immediate cancellation because it seriously disrupts our working capital. After placing an order, our state-of-the-art fulfillment software will send the order to warehouses located around the world and promote its rapid delivery. In this case, at the moment the order is placed, you can assume that our team is running 24/7 to complete the order on time. Even though it may take 1-5 days for the item to be shipped, depending on logistics and local customs clearance, we cannot accept immediate cancellation. Please pay attention to this.


Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes after receiving the order. After your order reaches the final destination, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged, and the specific fees are determined by the local customs.
